A 60-day limited warranty and unlimited complimentary telephone and email technical support are provided with your Euricase purchase. Should you experience a problem and Euri Technical Support determines there is a hardware defect, Euri will repair or replace your ring box at no charge. Please read complete warranty for details.

How To Prepare A Return
|
|
|
To return an item to Euri, follow our two step process:
|
| 1. |
Your Return Authorization Code. Call 888-LUV-EURI and you will be given a Return Authorization Code and address to mail your return. Write this code at the bottom of your original invoice.

| 2. |
Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material and mail to the address provided.
|
|
| 3. |
Check your e-mail and/or log into your myEuri account. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.

|
You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at returns@euricase.com.
